Appointments

We look forward to seeing you at Novant Health Pediatrics Ardrey Kell. To make an appointment with a provider in our office, call us during regular office hours, or use MyChart to schedule an appointment online anytime.

We work to serve sick children with same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible. If your child is sick and you would like to be seen quickly, please alert us when you call.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your child’s appointment. Bring with you:

• Your photo ID
• The insurance card covering your child
• Your method of copayment or payment in full if your child’s visit will not be covered
• Any forms you have completed ahead of time
• Any forms you need to completed, including school, camp or sports physical forms

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, kindly call us at least 24 hours in advance.
