Happy to have care from this group. Grateful to have appointment due to urgent issue. The staff that pick up the phone were friendly, listen, and able to get us in the same day. Nurse and Dr. Davis were so kind and listen to our concern. They were so patient and answer all my questions without feeling rush. Extremely happy that Novant has the app/online that you can message the doctor after the appointment. My son was throwing up on the way home. It was good to be able to follow up with doctor to let her know the current status and she was able to provide me additional information. Thanks!!
